The wine has a beautiful deep ruby color with purple reflections. It is shiny. The first nose is intense with the alcohol very present. It’s on fresh blackcurrant. Gradually, the nose develops, opens up to other flavors such as mint, olive leaf and there is a tangy side reminiscent of citrus fruits. The mouth is round with the blackcurrant always present. Its tangy and fresh side continues in the middle of the mouth. There the tannins are powerful then fade to let the finish express itself. We have Timut pepper (citrus reminder), mint and a smoky touch. The finish is discreet.
