This wine is clear and shiny. Its color is pale with a beautiful ruby hint with pink edges. The first nose is discreet on red fruits like gooseberry. It’s fine and light with a little vegetal touch of thyme. With air, we perceive other fruits such as small candied cherries, as well as a touch of iodine and umami. The vegetal is accompanied by floral with some peony and fresh geranium. The attack is fresh and fruity. We have tomato juice, flowers such as thyme flower and fresh red fruit with gooseberry and small cherry. The tannins are smooth and not persistent. A tangy frame emerges. It is supple and light like the nose. The finish is discreet on redcurrant. A pleasant wine with minerality coming from its terroir.
