The wine has a nice light melon color. It is clear and shiny. The nose is aromatic, powerful with delicacy. There are notes of candied melon but also of cooked apple. There is also a mineral sensation with an imperceptible note of diesel which is confirmed by the second nose. The mouth is ample, round with a nice acidity. The attack is fresh with flowers such as yellow rose and cherry blossom, but also vanilla pod. Mirabelle plums and baked apples make their appearance. There is a slightly liquorice side which arises with a slight bitterness in the middle of the mouth. Atypical. The finish is persistent with dried cranberries but also dried sage.
