The wine has a very pale rose gold color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is gourmand on fruits such as melon, mango but also orange. It’s fresh. The second nose opens slightly with notes of blackberry and apple seed. The attack is frank, fresh and tangy. We find the apple but also the citrus fruits with the juicy lemon and the zest of kumquat. The mid-palate is discreet and the finish therefore also on the white rose petal.
