This wine has a very pale pink color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fresh and discreet. There are some imperceptible notes of juicy white peach and lemon blossom. After aeration, a nice minerality with a breath of fresh air appear. The whole remains subtle. The attack is fresh with a nice controlled acidity. The fruits of the orchard are present with the peach but also the juicy lemon and the apple. The mid-palate lets a bitterness express itself which makes the whole even more dynamic. The finish is fine, short, on an imperceptible thyme note and lemon blossom.
