The wine has a pale color that tends toward light rose gold. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is mineral and smoky. There are also notes of fruit such as juicy peach and a discreet orange zest. With air, it is more vinous. Always mineral, fresh with a fine weave of aromatic herbs such as thyme flower and lavender. The mouth is fresh. The attack is tangy with fruits like peach but also juicy lemon and notes of kumquat. The mid-palate reveals a little white grape and mango. The finish is salivating on the flower of thyme and the crunch of the apple.
