The wine has a very pale color on the apricot. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic on fruits like melon but also yellow peach. There is a fresh minerality that emerges. On the second nose we perceive a little mango but also kumquat and juicy lemon. The attack is fresh and aromatic on orchard fruits such as peaches but also apricots. There is a creamy texture. The mid-palate has a hint of salt. It gradually becomes vinous and lets the smoky minerality express itself gently. The finish is flowery with a hint of very discreet rosemary.
