Domaine Naïs Symphonie de Naïs AOP Coteaux d’Aix en Provence 2019

The wine has a beautiful melon colour, limpid and shiny, with a certain intensity. The nose is intense, fruity with developed aromas. We find the candied melon but also the yellow peach in syrup. Little by little, the woody scents emerge with light cedar wood but also vanilla and in the background a discreet cumin. The second nose opens with more minerality. It is an evolved rosé, very well worked. The attack is fresh, intense on woody aromas with vanilla, cedar but also fruits such as peach in syrup, citrus zest and mango. The mid-palate reveals the barrel but also dried fruit. There is pep. The finish is long on the grain of vanilla, the little cherry brandy and the prune. A gourmet rosé to enjoy during a meal.
