The wine has a pale melon color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fresh and fruity. It also seems to have a creamy texture. We have small red fruits like Morello cherries and strawberries. Allowed to breathe, it is more mineral. The tasting is fresh with a nice acidity. We have notes of golden apple but also of strawberry and sour cherry which are present. The mid-palate is discreet as is the salivating finish with a hint of iodine.
