This rosé is limpid and bright with an apricot color that is slightly yellow gold. The first nose is aromatic with notes of quince and yellow peach. There are also some discreet touches of walnut in the background. There is freshness. With aeration, the second nose has more robust, even if subtle, aromas: ripe pineapple and saffron. The attack is fresh with measured acidity. We find pineapple and saffron with a vegetable touch. It’s also smoked. The mid-palate has some aromas of thyme. The finish is discreet and persistent.
