This wine has a pale apricot color, it is limpid and bright. The first nose is aromatic on lemon blossom, juicy lemon but also white peach. There are some white grape notes and some saline minerality coming through. With aeration, the citrus fruits are still present as well as the apricot. The attack is fresh and tangy. We find the peach, the apricot but also the small crushed strawberry. There are citrus fruits that bring a slight bitterness contributing to the tension. The finish is flowery. The acidity persists until the end of the tasting. It’s nicely worked, simple and gourmand with a nice fresh minerality.
