This wine has a slightly sustained pink gold color with pink reflections. It is clear and shiny. The first nose has a nice intensity with crunchy and crushed red fruits like cherry and raspberry. We also feel mint and an imperceptible note of sage in the background. With air, vanilla and mango appear. Exotic fruits appear with notably guava. We also feel a hint of cream. The tasting is fresh and ample. We immediately have some sweet spices, very light notes of black tea as well as umbrella pine. Then it is the fruits that arrive in the middle of the mouth: mango, guava as well as raspberry and cherry. It is a pretty gourmet wine, made for gastronomy. The finish is peppery with notes of flowers such as peony and a hint of cream. Nice length.
