This rosé has a very pale apricot colour with a beautiful shine and it is limpid. The first nose is aromatic on citrus fruits such as citron and yuzu zest as well as lemon blossom. On aeration we perceive a nice minerality with orchard fruits such as apricot and juicy peach. We also have a hint of mint. The attack is fresh with a slight sweetness. We find citrus fruits with orange juice and citron zest. It’s also floral with lemon blossom and a subtle hint of rose. The mid-palate has a discreet saline hint with umami on the finish. We also have the peach which continues finely at the end of the tasting with always this imperceptible mint in the background.
