This wine has a pale pink color with apricot reflections. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is on apple seed and crushed raspberry. There are also fresh notes of mint and garrigue. After aeration, we always find small fruits as well as yellow peach. The whole is vinous. The attack is fresh with a hint of sweetness. We find peach in syrup but also small red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry. The mid-palate has a slight salinity and lets express notes of apple. The finish is sweet, delicate on lemon zest and almond blossom.
