The color of this Provence rosé is limpid and shiny. It has a pink hue with melon highlights. The first nose is discreet and fresh with notes of small red fruits such as cherries and crushed raspberries. After aeration, we find some notes of garrigue. A minerality also emerges. The attack is tangy with a slight fizz. We have small red fruits but also a discreet bitterness that emerges in the middle of the mouth. We perceive some notes of lemon blossom. The whole is creamy. The finish is clear on a discreet blackberry.
