This wine has a very pale, shiny and limpid color, on the apricot. The first nose is fresh on citrus fruits like lemon zest and pomelo. A minerality emerges with discreet notes of apricot in the background. With air, the apricot and nectarine are more present. There is also an imperceptible touch of green olive. The tasting is fresh, the attack is smooth with fruity notes of apricot, nectarine and vine peach. There are also citrus fruits with lemon blossom and juicy pomelo zest. Some flowers in the middle of the mouth appear with always this little note of olive. The whole is pleasant. There is a very slight bitterness at the end of the mouth which ends on the small fresh apple. Pleasant.
