This wine has a pretty limpid and shiny color which has a slightly sustained pink gold color with melon reflections. The first nose is lively and fragrant with a slightly smoky minerality. We also see flowers like the apricot blossom. The second nose develops on fine notes of ripe tomato and garrigue. The attack is fresh and aromatic with fresh herbs, a hint of black tea and light notes of small black fruits such as crushed blackberry. It’s vinous with an imperceptible hint of bitterness in the middle of the mouth. Watermelon also makes an appearance, juicy. We also find the almond blossom which continues subtly until the finish with citrus zest. The end of the mouth is iodized, salivating, persistent in a certain lightness.
