This rosé from Provence has a pale pink gold color, shiny and limpid. The first nose is aromatic and fruity with juicy and fresh notes of apricot but also yellow peach. We also have some small red fruits like gooseberry as well as lime zest. The second nose is fresh with hints of garrigue and orange blossom. The tasting is fresh with a hint of bitterness from the attack which contributes to the balance. Fruits such as lemon zest, pomelo and small crushed cherry make their appearance. The mid-palate has an imperceptible hint of salt that continues into a rather short finish.
