This wine is limpid and shiny with a pale pink gold color with apricot reflections. The first nose is discreet, mineral with a smoky side. We smell notes of grape skin and flower like orange blossom. With aeration, it is a little more powerful and aromatic with discreet notes of nectarine and rose petals. The tasting is fresh with an acid frame that appears. There are fruits such as crushed raspberry but also white peach. We still perceive the white grapes and a hint of orange blossom. The whole is juicy with a finish on a saline note and fresh herbs. The acidity continues in length, making the finish salivating.
