The wine is slightly tinted. It has an orange, pale melon color. It is bright and limpid with a few fine bubbles after opening the bottle. The first nose is discreet on fruits like apricot and yellow peach. There is like a saline minerality that emerges as well as notes of olive wood. The whole is round. With aeration, fruits with white flesh appear such as nectarine and green pineapple. We have a very, very discreet hint of anise. The attack is fresh and supple even if the wine is dry with notes of pomelo and orange zest. We find the pineapple with its sometimes slightly spicy texture. It is round with a salinity that appears in the middle of the mouth. We also have the yellow fruits that are present and a hint of small crunchy strawberry. The whole is pretty, aromatic and ends with a touch of vanilla and flowers.
