This rosé has a slightly pronounced coral color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose seems tangy with smoky and fruity notes of blackcurrant. The second nose, after aeration, smells of tomato and olive branch. There are fruits like blood orange and lemon blossom. The attack is fresh and lively. Aromatic, we smell aromas of small fruits such as crushed blackcurrant and blackberry. There is a nice tension with minerality and controlled acidity. Little by little in the middle of the mouth, the citrus fruits appear leaving a delicate bitter trace until the finish. Almond and wild rose complete the tasting.
