The wine is limpid and shiny with a slightly sustained pink gold colour. The first nose is aromatic with a few touches of cream and vanilla. The second nose opens gently on small acidulous fruits such as currant, yellow nectarine and mango. There is a nice minerality and a nice almost minty freshness. The attack is fresh and tangy. We find a slight bitter note that spreads in the middle of the mouth accompanied by flowers such as rosehip and mock orange. Citrus fruits such as citron zest and lemon blossom share the limelight with a hint of salinity. The minerality of the nose is present in the mouth until the finish. It’s fresh and delicate.
