Domaine Ray Jane AOP Bandol 2021

The color of this wine is pale on pink gold. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic with citrus fruits such as candied lemon, pomelo but also lemon blossom and savory. With aeration, it is rather stone fruits that are expressed with apricot and flat peach as well as a hint of white pepper. The whole is fresh and delicious. The attack is fresh and aromatic. Vinous with notes of stone fruits such as apricot and peach but also tangy with orange and pomelo zest. The mid-palate persists on the momentum of the start of the tasting, a little more discreet until a finish on flowers such as lemon blossom and white grapes. The whole is balanced, persistent, powerful with a slight astringency that suggests gastronomic accords.
