The nose is intense and pungent, revealing nuances of white pepper, all spice, fresh dough, dried herbs along with ripe lemons and yellow apples. The palate is dense and concentrated with zesty, vibrant acidity and exuberant fruitiness. The wine shows nuances of ripe grapefruits, pomelos, limes, kumquats, yellow apples and pears, white peaches with hints of white pepper, dried herbs and fennel. The finish is long and refreshing with a hint of pleasant bitterness.
