The nose is discreet, restrained, with aeration revealing notes of white pepper, spices, a touch of fresh dough, green and yellow apples, yellow plums, dried herbs and ripe lemons. The palate is rich and dense with a lot of weight and concentration. The alcohol is warming but well-balanced by the vibrant acidity. The wine shows flavours of ripe pineapples, overripe yellow apples, mango, a touch of ginger, curcuma and saffron. The finish demonstrates some spiciness and pleasant bitterness.
