The nose is rich, opulent and dense, revealing notes of ripe and overripe yellow apples, candied pears, citrus fruits, some spices, vanilla and quince. The palate is round and creamy with a lot of power and fruit concentration. It demonstrates notes of orchard and stone fruits, ripe citrus, like lemons and pomelos, a touch of cloves and nutmeg. The finish is concentrated and robust with a nice saline and savoury touch.
