The wine shows a bright yellow-straw colour with a light green hue. The nose is expressive, powerful and juicy, revealing notes of juicy yellow lemons, pomelo, a hint of grapefruit zest, underlined by a plethora of yellow orchard fruits like pear and apple. The palate offers juiciness, gourmandise, bright fruit concentration, a pleasant zesty quality and an acidic spine. There are notes of juicy yellow lemon, a touch of grapefruit pith, yellow pear, white apple, some exotic fruits like underripe pineapple, a touch of dried herbs and withered grass. The finish is persistent, juicy with a pleasant positive bitterness.
