The wine shows a bright straw colour with a golden tinge. The nose is gourmet and intense, revealing floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia, a touch of ripe yellow apple, ripe grapefruit, quince, delicate nuances of dried herbs and spices. The palate is dense, grippy, with a lot of salinity and finesse. It shows notes of ripe lemon, lemon curd, confit pineapple, a touch of withered herbs, oregano, thyme, ginger and a delicate hint of iodine. The finish is concentrated, saline and savoury.
