(25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Viognier, 12% Chardonnay, 38% Gros Manseng) The nose is elegant, precise, tight and reveals relative power and some intensity. There are notes of quenette, green apple and more lightly citrus fruits combined with touches of white flowers, lychee, a hint of quenette, a discreet hint of eucalyptus and a subtle touch of crushed nectarine. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand, delicate, acidic, lively and juicy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy vine peach, lemon and more slightly crisp green apple combined with hints of small juicy/acidulated white plums, lychee, quenette, starfruit, fine hints of sweet grapefruit, a fine touch of physalis, apple blossom, mesocarp, a discreet hint of lemon blossom and iodine. Nice little tannic side in the perception of the structure as well as in the aromatics. Nice acidity on the finish/persistence.
