The wine demonstrates a vivid yellow-gold colour. The nose is dense, spicy and herbal. It reveals notes of dried herbs, hay, chamomile, sage, a touch of yellow apple and pear. The palate is powerful, rich and saline, with a lot of concentration and depth. On the palate we find notes of ripe pineapple, mango, quince, a touch of kumquat and grapefruit zest. A robust and complex wine with a saline, savoury finish.
