The nose is elegant and reveals some richness (in finesse), good definition and some complexity. There are notes of violets, fresh cherry small notes of of fresh wild red berries combined with hints of local grove and a discreet hint of pepper and toast. The palate is mineral, fruity and offers good definition, suavity, gourmandize, acidity, roundness, good definition, richness in balance and a fine airiness in the approach to its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy cherry, fleshy/pulpy raspberry small notes of of violet combined with touches of tart plum as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean, sweet spices, almond, a subtle hint of vanilla and a subtle hint of caramelisation (in the background). Good length. Nice sapid and gourmet persistence.
