The nose is elegant, fruity and reveals a certain concentration. There are notes of violets, bright plum and, more slightly, sweet blond tobacco combined with delicate touches of vanilla, a sense of place and fine notes of sweet spices. The palate reveals good definition, minerality, a certain gourmandize and a nice finesse. On the palate this wine expresses fleshy raspberry, pulpy cherry and slightly liquorice notes with hints of mocha/cocoa and hints of ripe wild red berries and sweet tobacco. Good length.
