The nose is tight. There are notes of wild blackberry, ripe red berries and, more slightly, morello cherry, combined with hints of lily, delicate touches of racy minerality, and a discreet nuance of black tea and nutmeg. The palate shows minerality, fruitiness, freshness, a certain volume, some gourmandize and an acidic spine. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, crushed raspberry and fine morello cherry notes combined with hints of strawberry, liquorice, zan, fine vanillin and a subtle touch of black tea. Good length.
