The nose is racy, very discreetly tight and reveals tension, a fine straightness and a discreet spiciness. There are notes of fresh cherry/crunchy cherry, crunchy wild berry small notes of violet/local grove combined with fine hints of tobacco, spice and a very discreet hint of olive and an imperceptible touch of pepper. The palate is mineral and reveals fruit, juiciness, a mineral structure and a certain amount of tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy wild berries small notes of fresh flowers combined with hints of local grove/olive tree as well as a subtle hint of spice, a very discreet hint of laurel berries and an imperceptible hint of tobacco. Good work on the bitter taste. The finish is a little tight.
