The nose is aromatic, nicely managed and offers gourmandize. There are notes of quenette, green apple and, more lightly, crunchy green berries combined with fine notes of crunchy green peach and an imperceptible hint of zest and cereals. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers elegance, juiciness, gourmandize, fine unctuousness, sincerity, a nice finesse, volume, depth and fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy green apple, quenette small notes of carambola combined with fine touches of sweet grapefruit and a subtle hint of crushed nectarine and sense of place (local biotop). Lovely fine grain and intensity on the finish/persistence. Discreet tannic quality on the finish.
