The nose is fresh, racy, elegant and offers a certain power and spiciness. There are notes of bright wild berries, cuben pepper and a hint of spice with hints of pulpy blackcurrant and hints of camphor, black tea, violets and zan. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy, precise and reveals freshness, minerality, good definition, juiciness, smoothness, energy, a little roundness/fullness, gourmandize and a tangy texture. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, crisp/juicy black berry and more lightly violet notes combined with fine peony, mocha, toasted cardamom and fine violet, almond and sweet spices. A little chewiness and toastiness on the finish/persistence. Good work on the bitter taste, a certain finesse in its richness, harmony. A fine spherical side in the definition of its fruit.
