The nose is a bit closed, with aeration revealing notes of yellow apples, lemons, dried herbs, cinnamon and cloves. The palate is dense, electric, with grippy texture, vertical structure and good fruit concentration. It reveals notes of grapefruit zest, pomelos, yellow apples, pears and pineapples with a touch of salinity and pleasant savoury notes. The finish is long, succulent and lingering.
