The nose is fresh, racy and clean. There are notes of fresh, juicy blackcurrant, wild red berries and more lightly ripe cherry combined with fine touches of lily, fresh tobacco and a very discreet hint of almost star anise. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality, good definition, some juiciness and a good traction. On the palate this wine expresses juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and more slightly ripe, juicy cherry notes combined with delicate touches of violet, fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of zan and a subtle touch of toasted almond. The finish is discreetly tight. Good length.
