The nose is fruity, finely concentrated, precise, with a very discreet oxidative hint, benefits from being decanted. We find notes of pulpy apple, crushed white peach and more slightly lychee combined with fine touches of gunflint zest and a discreet hint of salt and a subtle touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, smooth, with a nice acidic structure, vibrant, balanced and energetic. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy apple, lemon and slightly crunchy/acidic nectarine notes combined with fine touches of yuzu and a subtle hint of lemon, energy and control. Good length and persistence.
