There are notes of ripe strawberry, fleshy red currant and, more slightly, blackcurrant, combined with delicate hints of cherry, chocolate, toasted/blond tobacco and a fine touch of minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and reveals good definition, juiciness, precision, fine concentration and a discreet linearity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe strawberry, red currant and, to a lesser extent, blackcurrant, combined with delicate hints of cherry, chocolate, toast, light tobacco and a fine touch of minerality. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral and offers good definition, juiciness, precision, fine concentration and a very discreet straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright red currant and, more slightly, crushed cherry, combined with fine touches of violet and lily, as well as hints of chocolate, toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of smoke (in the background). Good length. A fine creaminess on the finish.
