Château Haut-Breton Larigaudière 2021 – Margaux

Château Haut-Breton Larigaudière 2021 – Margaux

The nose is racy, elegant and reveals delicacy, fine richness (in the background), a melodious character. There are notes of creamy blackberry, fairly ripe/pulpy strawberry and fleshy redcurrant combined with hints of violet, lily, graphite as well as fine nuances of racy minerality, delicate touches of fresh blond tobacco, vanilla bean, liquorice and bourbon vanilla. The palate reveals freshness, juiciness, control, nice straightness, a little stretch, good balance, juiciness and nice fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright strawberry and, more slightly, violet, combined with hints of lily, graphite and chocolate, as well as fine hints of blue berries, bourbon vanilla, racy minerality and a subtle touch of toastiness. The tannins are mellow. Congratulations!
