The nose is opulent, rich and powerful. It shows notes of exotic fruits, pineapples, mango, kumquat along with ripe lemons, some orange peel, ginger and spices. The palate is completely dry though exuberant and ripe demonstrating powerful structure supported by the zesty acidity. The wine reveals the spectrum of tropical flavours underlined by a firm mineral backbone and savory touches. The finish is lingering and powerful with a lot of freshness and a hint of grapefruit bitterness.
