The nose is discreet, revealing nuances of chalk, oyster shells, lemon zest, white flowers and pear blossom. The palate is linear, tense but demonstrates certain roundness and complexity. The wine shows notes of juicy lemons, limes, pomelos, some grapefruit skins, along with a lot of minerality and salinity. The finish is fresh, long with a pleasant bitter hint.
