The nose is spicy and shows concentration of fruit and fine straightness. Ripe blackcurrant, morello cherry, ripe strawberry, with hints of zan, infusion, cardamom, fine hints of lily and a discreet touch of pepper. The palate shows freshness, minerality, a juicy/fresh structure, good definition, fine tension and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and more lightly liquorice notes with hints of fleshy raspberry/cherry as well as hints of lily, racy minerality, fine cardamom and a subtle vanilla touch. Good length.
