The nose is fresh, fruity and reveals a certain complexity and fine intensity. There are notes of fresh wild blackcurrant, fresh raspberry and, to a lesser extent, violet, combined with hints of wild berries and fine hints of lily, lilac and liquorice. The palate is mineral, offering freshness, acidity, smoothness, harmony, some volume and an airiness in its approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe blackcurrant and more lightly of violet, cardamom combined with touches of dense wild berries, grey pepper, racy minerality and a hint of fresh tobacco. Good length.
