The nose is spicy, open, leaving a pleasant, warming sensation with notes of ripe Salento lemons, juicy pears, ripe pineapples and a touch of grapefruit bitterness supported by oriental spices – ginger and a hint of curry. The palate is rich, opulent, juicy showing a lot of concentration and depth supported by the zesty acidity. It reveals notes of pomelos, kumquats, lime zest, some candied ginger and all-spice. The finish is lingering with a pleasant combination of sweetness and bitterness.
