The nose is fresh, grassy and juicy with the notes of freshly cut grass, asparagus, green peas, bell pepper and some smoky nuances. The palate is fruity and juicy with a lot of concentration and ripeness supported by the zesty acidity and pleasant creaminess, full of notes lemons, pomelos, gooseberry with some nuances of gunpowder and elegant minerality. The finish is long and saline, with a lot of freshness and a light bitterness of grapefruit.
