The nose reveals a fine concentration, some density and a discreetly tight grain. There are notes of fleshy wild blackcurrant, toast and more lightly crushed red berries combined with hints of sweet spice and toast. The palate is fruity, racy and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, some juiciness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/fresh blackberry, bright red berry and more lightly pulpy/fresh cherry notes combined with hints of lily, lilac as well as fine clove and a discreet hint of spice. Some fluidity.
