The nose is nicely fresh, mineral and well defined. There are notes of fresh/pulpy apple, ripe lemon and a little bit of quenette combined with a discreet hint of fresh tangerine and crisp pineapple. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, good definition, juiciness, acidity, some tension, a certain linearity and gourmandize. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, fresh quince and, more slightly, fresh lychee, combined with hints of zest, mesocarp, a subtle hint of fresh verbena, as well as a discreet touch of fresh almond, pineapple and racy minerality. Good length.
