The nose is aromatic and reveals some intensity and a fine power. There are notes of nutmeg, grey pepper and, to a lesser extent, sweet spices, combined with fine raspberry and red berries and a discreet hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity, balanced and reveals juiciness, acidity, energy and a nice freshness. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy cherry, crisp/acidic strawberry and slightly juicy blackberry notes with hints of violets, cherry blossom, racy minerality and fine tonka bean accents. Good length. Nice freshness and energy.
